The US is supporting voluntary emission cuts

Senior Research Fellow at the Institute Antto Vihma commented on the premises of next year’s climate summit in Paris on MTV on October 15th. According to him, China, India and other big developing countries support voluntary emission cuts for themselves, whereas smaller countries would like the bigger countries to commit themselves more firmly to the cutbacks.
