Senior Research Fellow Kristi Raik and Programme Director Arkady Moshes commented on the Ukraine elections in Turun Sanomat on October 26th. According to Raik, the election results give the parliament a chance to start over. Moshes argued that a lot of the power will likely remain in the hands of the oligarchs even after the elections.
